Does anyone out there know the best way to find a mortgage lead?  Sick of depending on others for all your mortgage leads?  Well, I'm here to tell you that you can do it yourself and in the process make more money.  Want to know the secret?  Mortgage marketing for leads. 

If you've been thinking about mortgage marketing in order to obtain more leads you need to listen to this first.  I agree that mortgage marketing leads is the best way to get ahead, but don't fall for some of the traps out there.  First, do not; I repeat DO NOT, fall for the supposed experts out there.  I've seen mortgage brokers spend hundreds of thousands of dollars in order to get supposed expert advice.  There is no need to go to seminars, speak to instructors or order kits to help you with mortgage marketing leads.  All the tools you need you already posses!  All you need to know is how to sell your product.  Next, be realistic.  If you're just starting mortgage marketing leads, don't expect success overnight.  The success will come so don't give up.  Mortgage marketing leads isn't an easy gig, but it is worth your efforts.

Mortgage marketing for leads isn't easy for everyone.  It's hard to go from the mind-set of mortgage broker to mortgage marketing.  For some, it just doesn't work.
